The website is hosted on infrastructure provided byVercel.

Emails from the contact form are delivered via Resend.

These providers may process data solely on behalf of the Data Controller and only for technical purposes related to the provision of the service.

Per l’invio delle comunicazioni generate tramite il modulo di contatto viene utilizzato il servizio Resend, che consente la consegna tecnica delle email al Titolare.

I dati inseriti nel modulo (nome, email e messaggio) vengono trasmessi tramite API al solo fine di consentire la notifica al Titolare e non sono utilizzati per finalità di marketing o profilazione.

Il fornitore opera in qualità di responsabile del trattamento ai sensi dell’art. 28 GDPR e tratta i dati esclusivamente per finalità tecniche e su istruzione del Titolare.

Qualora il trattamento comporti un trasferimento di dati al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo, questo avviene nel rispetto delle garanzie previste dal GDPR.
